What about Single/multies entry? |
| Multiple is interpreted as multiple entries, not multiple applicants. Multiple entries means you are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam multiple times within a given period of time (1, 3 or 6 months). For example: 6 month multiple entry visa means - you are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam multitple times from the intended date of arrival provided plus 6 calendar consecutive months. |

Can I get Vietnam visa within same day ? |
| There is no way to get visa to Vietnam within same day except Vietnam visa upon arrival at Vietnam international airport. We will send the approval letter to you within 12 business hours after we received your final confirmation for your rush visa to Vietnam. Please inform that if you would like to get the approval letter for visa to Vietnam in same day. We will take US$10 - 20 for rush service.
In Top urgent case, can I get Vietnam visa within 2-4 hours ?
There is no way to get visa to Vietnam within 2-4 hours (during working time from 8h am – 16h pm in Vietnam- GMT +7) except Vietnam visa upon arrival at Vietnam international airport. For rush visa to Vietnam, please see our service. |

There are 2 options for getting Vietnam visa by apply visa online with us:
- Getting Vietnam visa at Vietnam embassy before you coming Vietnam. You can contact with Vietnam embassy directly for applying Vietnam visa, or you can get your visa stamped at embassy with “Visa approval code†for pick up Vietnam visa at embassy from Vietnam Immigration Department. We can arrange “Visa approval code†for you with same charge with “approval letter†cost. But applying Vietnam visa at embassy is not a good solution for those have no time and no Vietnam embassy available

What is the "Visa upon arrival"? |
| "Visa upon arrival" , “Visa on arrival†or "Visa approval letter", “Pre-arranged visaâ€, is the letter approved by Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Government), which allows you to enter and exit Vietnam for a given period. With the approval letter, you can get Vietnam visa at Vietnam international airport.
